Welcome! These are my pages which contain the work that I have created over the past seven weeks (and some other stuff) as part of my final project in first year at art college.  The project entitled "Voyage for good" was based on the idea of emigration from your birthplace to an unknown and alien environment.  It also involves the idea of packing  up belongings which are then  contained within packaging, contained within a larger container contained within a vessel that is shipping it to its final destination and thus its final voyage.

For me I have used the project in a nostalgic way.  It has been a personal voyage.  I have used the symbolic idea of the brain as being a container for emotions, thoughts and memories.  This idea was sparked by the celtic belief that the head is a magic box in which the soul is contained.  I suppose then that the following pages will be a quick and brief voyage through my brain so continue if  you dare!
