the concept
Basically, it's the idea of a container,  with objects contained within a box contained within a crate contained on an aeroplane. It relates to the idea of emigrants placing their possessions into boxes to take them on a ship (a container) from Ireland to New Foundland. The concept involves the idea of objects seperated by water , travel and movement.
My project is about being seperated from family, friends and home. (not forgetting Pox the goldfish)
It is about how I would like to remember where I came from and all that I had left behind me.
