In the picture below is my box semi-done. It has been made from aeroboard and glued together. It has been collaged on the outside with torn sections of maps of the area I am doing the project on. The inside of the boxes have yet to be decorated to show the four seasons as I remember them from home.
The top of the box is also made from aeroboard. It is cut into the contour shapes of the mountains and then smoothed out using papier mache. On top of this I will collage colour photocopies of photos of the mountains to make it more recognisable.
