The EuroDisney Triptych was scanned at 200 dpi and 24-bit colour with a Logitech FreeScan scanner. This is a self-propelled scanner (no longer available) that can scan large surfaces. Each panel was scanned in five vertical bands averaging 29 mb. Then the Artist (using Paint Shop Pro) corrected the errors caused by crooked scans. The 15 original scans were divided into 54 1276x1872-pixel sections, which were then reduced by resampling to a reasonable size (638x936) for the Internet.

To make the 216 sections for the Giant Version, each of the 54 1276x1872 sections was divided into four 638x936 sections.

Next, test prints were made on an Epson Stylus Color 600 printer at 360 dpi using coated paper and compared with the original painting. Finally, the sections were colour-corrected: the green level was increased by 10%, the blue level by 20% and the contrast by 10%.
