This course aims to provide practical guidance to individuals to develop their skills for better long-term career management.  In an ever-changing environment where the concept of the ‘career for life’ is disappearing rapidly it will become essential to have the skills and knowledge to adapt and change.  The course will include a range of exercises and techniques (both individual and group based) to enable the participants to:

> Understand the contemporary context of work and employability
> Gain insights into their individual strengths and self-management skills
> Identify a work-life plan for effective career management

- Overview of Effective Career Management model
- What employers are looking for in the current market
- Analysis of your motivations, skills and interests
- How to read job specifications
- Creating a professional Curriculum Vitae
- Interview Techniques
