Life Coaching is an approach through which one can attain purpose, balance and focus in life, by taking greater control of thinking, feelings, emotions and actions. This course will be of interest to those who wish to explore what Life Coaching can do in their work or personal lives. The coaching process is a proven method of examining our driving forces, beliefs, needs and potential.
Coaching draws on internal resources, desires and ambitions. It raises awareness, challenges and helps participants to redirect themselves towards more effective life choices. Where a mental or physical block exists, coaching takes a person outside their normal parameters and widens the existing frames of reference, in order to highlight and broaden the options available.
Participants in the course should be able to apply this philosophy to their own lives, which will in time impact on those around them. This is an opportunity to challenge any fears of failure, indecision or diffidence towards the richness of life and to adopt a positive approach in a rapidly changing world.
