Life Drawing

Life drawing is the basis of all drawing and fine art. This course will introduce you to the surface anatomy of the human form and assist you to observe it accurately and to transfer the image to paper in your own unique style, within accepted parameters. The media used can be soft pencils, charcoal or conte and chalks on good quality cartridge paper.

The course is suitable for all levels from beginners with some artistic ability to craft workers using the human form to students (young or mature) preparing portfolios for entry to Art College. The class is limited to 12 participants. Students are required to have an A2 sketchbook and a range of pencils.
