Introduction to Photography

This course provides a practical introduction to the use of the SLR camera. It will cover the creative and technical aspects of photography through the use of composition, colour, lighting, lenses and filters.

There will also be an introduction to elementary darkroom techniques and advice on choosing films and developing materials as well as an introduction to studio lighting. Participants should have a 35mm camera for the course.
