This course is intended for those who are interested in something other than lying on the beach when they visit Spain. The aim of the course is to encourage students to learn more about Spain, provide them with an overview which allows them to better plan future trips, decide on new places to visit, and to get better understanding of Spain’s history, geography, gastronomy, literature, festivals and other arts.

This course will be divided in two parts. The first part will be a vision of Spain through 7 Spanish films (O.S.T.). The second part will be a broader and more practical view of Spain (eight classes in total on Mondays). No knowledge of the Spanish language required.
