Reflexology is a science that deals with the principle that there are reflexes in the feet and hands which correspond to all the glands, organs and parts of the body. Reflexology is a unique method of using the thumb and fingers on these areas.

How can Reflexology help you? The body has the ability to heal itself. Following illness, stress, injury or disease the body is in a state of “imbalance”. Reflexology can be used to restore and maintain the body's natural equilibrium. Drugs or medication of any kind are never used and reflexology will never interfere with the medication your GP has prescribed.

Sensitive trained hands can detect tiny deposits and tensions in the feet, in these areas the Reflexologist will work carefully to release the tension and restore the free flow of energy to the whole system. Reflexology is a holistic therapy, that means it treats the whole person, not the symptoms of disease, so most people benefit, regardless of age or sex.
