You are challenged to explore the many facets of interpersonal communication. Participants will identify and practice skills necessary for effective communication, and a key feature of this course will be the provision of opportunity to identify your individual strengths and areas for improvement in an non-threatening environment. A primary aim of the course will be the development of personal confidence by enhancing participant’s ability in this vital area of every day life.
