Languages are offered at three levels and students are asked to decide for themselves which level is most appropriate using the guidelines below. If you find the level you have chosen is too high or too low, WIT will try to accommodate you in a more appropriate class.

Entry Requirements:

> Level 1 - No prior knowledge of the language required.
> Level 2 - students should have completed beginners level or have completed the Leaving Certificate in the language more than three years ago.
> Level 3 - students should have completed Intermediate level or hold a recent Honours Leaving Certificate.
