BBS Log Books to be submitted no later than Friday 31 August 2007 Posted: Wed, August 22, 2007

To pass Year 3, your Log Book has to be signed by yourself, your employer and your mentor before the course boards are held in the first week in September. Therefore, we need to receive your signed Log Book no later than Friday 31st August. We realise some of you are not finishing your placements until early September but the Log Book must be received by 31st August.

If you have a problem getting your signed Log Book submitted in time, would you please fax it to Annette Toms on 051 302688 ensuring that the signature page is signed both by you and your employer and then hand in the hard copy to the Work Placement Office as soon as possible.  Log Books can be finalised before your actual placement is completed (as long as you have at least completed the minimum of 15 weeks).
