For our latest statistics, follow this link.  Note that the 'CV sent' column indicates how many CVs were sent to prospective employers and some CVs have been sent to more than one employer.

1 job was secured directly by a student last week at Autolaunch.  However two jobs were lost at Hilti as the company failed to get approval for the two jobs they had offered to our students; one of these jobs had been counted in the 19 reported last week.  This is the first time this has happened and is due to the current economic downturn.  We are awaiting formal confirmation from the employers for four other jobs sourced directly by students.

CVs were sent last week to Microsoft.  There are CVs with 19 companies at the moment.

Interviews: There were interviews last week for NVD and St Canice’s Credit Union.  Interviews will be set up for other companies in due course.  We will notify the students called for interview before the event.  Note that the work placement team are available to do a short mock interview if you would like to avail of this before a real interview.
