Felicity is also the Irish lead on the Transnational (Cross-border) Entrepreneurs Research Team. This international project is investigating the concept of transnational entrepreneurs in our various contexts i.e. Canada, Israel, the UK and Ireland .
A focus on innovative teaching practices has evolved into a research interest shared with like-minded colleagues from the WIT Business School, NUI Galway and NUI Maynooth, which culminated in the best paper award at the Irish Academy of Management Conference in 2007 and a NAIRTL Award in 2008. This research is devoted to developing intuitive management capability in Ireland through action-based academic-practitioner partnerships and the writing of quality Irish based case studies for use in undergraduate and postgraduate education.
