Biography:

Eimear graduated with a first class honours business degree from WIT (2008) where she specialised in the commercialization of research into spinout companies. She is currently pursuing a Master's by Research on a part-time basis and her research focus is knowledge transfer and social network analysis. She works full‑time in the Telecommunications Software and Systems Group (TSSG) at Waterford Institute of Technology (www.tssg.org).

Eimear’s current research interests include knowledge transfer and social network analysis.

Research Project:

Eimear’s research project is: ‘The Impact of Human Resource Practices on Knowledge Transfer and Organisational Performance'.
