Mary Fearon holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from UCD and a Bachelor of Arts from The Open University.

Mary worked initially in a number of finance roles in IBM Ireland. Following a career break and prior to joining WIT she held administration positions with The City of Waterford VEC and IDA Ireland; she is currently employed as Administrator in the ArcLabs Research and Innovation Centre. This is a support role to the Centre Manager.
