Higher Diploma in Hotel Management Posted: Wed, May 12, 2010

This exciting new course is designed to equip students with limited or no experience of the hospitality industry with the practical and management skills necessary for entry-level positions in the hotel and related industries. The core focus in semester 1 is on operational management skills with a range of subjects to allow students acquire high levels of operational capability across all the major professional disciplines in supportive setting whilst realistically simulating the modern hospitality environment. The advanced management modules in semester 2 are chosen to build upon the existing business knowledge of the students and equip graduates with the strategic leadership capabilities expected of international hospitality professionals.
